Trinko Trivia

Seller terms

Version 2026-09-11. Trinko Trivia is run by CAMMY LLC ("we"). These terms are between CAMMY LLC and you, the host selling a board. They sit on top of the Terms, which still apply; where the two differ about selling, these win.

This is a plain-English agreement. It is meant to be read once, understood, and accepted with one tap. You accept it in the builder the first time you submit a board for review, and we keep a record of the version you accepted and when. If a material part changes we ask you again before your next submission.

What this is

Trinko Trivia is software made by CAMMY LLC. It runs a trivia night: a board on the TV, a phone in every team's hand, buzzers, boosts, the wheel, and the scoring done automatically. Hosts build their boards in it, run their nights with it, and can sell those boards to other hosts through the shop. This agreement covers the selling part.

Your trivia night is your business, your name and your audience. This agreement does not change that. You run your nights using Trinko software, the same way you would use a laptop you did not build.

What you get

Your brand, not ours. The TV, your players' phones and every board you sell carry the name you chose, your color and your logo. Trinko is the name of the software, not of your night.

A share of what your boards earn. When another host buys one of your boards, the money after card processing is split between you and CAMMY LLC, and you keep the larger part. Your percentage is shown on your dashboard, under Earnings, and is fixed on each sale at the moment it is paid: a later change to the rate never touches a sale already made. The rate can change for future sales, and we tell you on the dashboard before it does.

A share of what we make on hosts you bring in. You have a personal invite link. A host who signs up on it is credited to you from that moment, and you receive a share of CAMMY LLC's take on every board they sell, for as long as they sell. Their own share is untouched; yours comes out of ours. Your rate for this is shown on your dashboard too. Nothing is reconstructed after the fact: a host who signed up without your link is not yours.

What you own

Your boards are yours. The questions you write, the answers, the categories, the order, the whole board. So that the product can work, you give us permission to store it, show it in your nights, list it in the shop when you submit it, and deliver it to whoever buys it, for as long as they own it. If you leave, you can take your boards with you, and we export them in a usable format within 14 days of you asking.

Your name is yours. CAMMY LLC makes no claim to your brand and will not use it for anything beyond showing it where you put it, without asking you first, in writing, each time.

Our software is ours. Trinko Trivia, the code and the name belong to CAMMY LLC.

Media is your responsibility. GIFs, images and song cues you put into a board are yours to answer for. Most belong to whoever made the original show or song rather than to either of us. By submitting a board for sale you are saying you had the right to include what is in it, and you will cover us if someone says otherwise.

What we do

CAMMY LLC runs the software, pays for the hosting, handles the payments, runs the shop and provides support. We read every board before it goes on sale, usually within two days, and we can decline, delay, hide or remove a listing at any time; listing is not a promise of placement or of sales. A change to a board that is on sale takes it off the shelf until we have read it again. We tell you on the dashboard before anything changes that affects how your night runs or what you earn.

Getting paid

What you are owed is shown on your dashboard, and that figure is our record of it; if you think it is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the sale. We pay through Stripe, to the payout account you connect from the dashboard; Stripe holds your bank and identity details, we never see them, and Stripe's own terms govern that account. We pay on a schedule we set, currently no more than once a month and only when there is something to pay, and we can set a minimum below which a payout waits for the next run. Money owed to a host with no payout account is held for twelve months and then handled as unclaimed property requires.

A refund, chargeback or dispute reverses your share of that sale, whether or not it has already been paid to you; if it has, we take it off what you are owed next. We may hold, set off or reduce a share for fraud, disputes, self-dealing or a breach of these terms.

You sell on Trinko Trivia as an independent creator, not as our employee, agent or partner. You have no ownership of CAMMY LLC and no obligation to it beyond these terms. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn; we report what the law requires and may ask you for a tax form before paying you.

Ending it

Either of us can end this with 30 days' written notice; deleting your account from the dashboard counts as notice from you. Anything already sold stays sold, and buyers keep what they bought. Any money already earned is still paid on the next run, less anything set off. Your boards and your brand leave with you. Your share on hosts you introduced keeps running while they sell. If we close an account for breaking these terms we can keep what would otherwise be owed to cover refunds, chargebacks and our losses.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. The version at the top is the one you accepted; a new version is put to you in the builder before your next submission, and accepting it there is how it takes effect for you. Sales already made keep the terms and the rate they were made under. These terms and the Terms together are the whole agreement between us about selling on Trinko Trivia and replace anything said or written before. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States, and any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts in Florida.
